I do custom work from past designs and only on rare occasions will I actually design a custom piece from scratch (where we discuss your wants/needs/etc). Please email me for information on this.

What are my things made of?
Everything on my site is made up of .925 or greater STERLING SILVER. -
What is the wait-time?
Please understand that I alone create every single piece here and when I am behind in work there will be delays in your item. Typically I work 40 hours a week, but some weeks I work more and do my very best to get everything out as soon as it is complete. However, I also have four children and sometimes they're sick or we have a snow day (or two! ugh), so that can cause delays. It is in these times that I will work on the weekends to catch-up. If you need your item ASAP, please email me BEFORE purchasing it so I can give you a better idea of what the wait-time might be. Typically my wait-time on a custom-piece is anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the difficulty or the items necessary to purchase.

How much is shipping?
I'm currently working on changing my shipping methods but for now my shipping rate is $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail service (2 to 4 days) and will arrive in a gift box with ribbons and a gift card.
Items under $150.00 will be sent to you in a lovely gift box with ribbons, perfect for gift-giving. Items over $150.00 will be mailed in a lovely pink satin draw-string bag. -
Overseas Shipping?
Shipping overseas is $6.00 for First Class mail and $16.00 for International Priority Mail (flat rate).

What days do you ship?
Stateside Shipping days are Tuesdays through Fridays, but November 15th through December, shipping will be Monday through Saturday.
