I DESIGN EVERYTHING ON MY SITE...Everything you see here is handmade by me, Laurie Eller of Laurie Gale Designs. Only the finest components are used and I take great pride in my work. I hope you enjoy it too. My main site is a Gallery of past works, byLGD.com and then there's my Shoppe Site, customlampworkjewelry.com, both are available for you to browse and find something you like. I do custom work from past designs and only on rare occasions will I actually design a custom piece from scratch (where we discuss your wants/needs/etc). Please email me for information on this.

WAIT-TIME
Please understand that I alone create every single piece here and when I am behind in work there will be delays in your item. Typically I work 40 hours a week, but some weeks I work more and do my very best to get everything out as soon as it is complete. However, I also have four children and sometimes they're sick or we have a snow day (or two! ugh), so that can cause delays. It is in these times that I will work on the weekends to catch-up. If you need your item ASAP, please email me BEFORE purchasing it so I can give you a better idea of what the wait-time might be.
Thank you for understanding. I love what I do and I want you to be happy! There's nothing better than having a customer drop me an email, telling me how excited they are with their new jewelry. :)

PACKAGING & US SHIPPING:
I'm currently working on changing my shipping methods but for now my shipping rate is $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail service (2 to 4 days) and will arrive in a gift box with ribbons and a gift card.

If you do not need your item gift-boxed and you would prefer to do First Class Shipping, please use the code FIRSTCLASS in the discount box so that you'll only be charged $3.00 for First Class shipping.

Items under $150.00 will be sent to you in a lovely gift box with ribbons, perfect for gift-giving. Items over $150.00 will be mailed in a gorgeous pink satin draw-string bag.

If your item is OVER $100.00 shipping is FREE.

All items over $150.00 will have their order placed in a beautiful cherry blossom satin draw-string bag (perfect to keep all your jewelry in or to use for travel purposes)...shown below.

OVERSEAS & CANADA SHIPPING:
$6.00 for First Class shipping. If you would like Global Priority please select the Shipping Add-On button ($6.00) to ensure faster shipping service. Overseas shipments are made on Fridays and Mondays as they need to be taken to the next largest city for mailing. Thank you for understanding that we live in a small town and sometimes you need to go to the "big city" to mail things. SHIP DAYS:
Stateside Shipping days are Tuesdays through Fridays, but November through December I will ship Monday through Saturday.
