It's no secret that I have a love of glass frit. It's my favorite thing to work with because it can do so many beautiful things. Take this frit for example... the color of the frit is a pale pink, but when you heat it in the fire the colors come alive and turn these wondrous shades of vintage pink and honey topaz. I used three frits for these beads and when you combine them, even more things take place...with the sandy background to the bead...the transparent rosey dots that look like little flowers... I love what can be done with frit.

This bracelet is my 2009 "Believe" bracelet. Each year I make a Believe bracelet to honor the season and this year I focused on the love that we can share during this holiday time. I hope you love this set as much as I loved making it.
