since i was a young girl i've been in love with music, and just like any teenager i would stop the tape player, hit rewind, and start again...listening over and over and over. and over. which was how i lived for years until the amazing Compact Disc came about. what an invention! and i thought my Sony Walkman was the greatest thing EVER! but who knew that would be old-school in such a short amount of time. ha.
i can remember having every soundtrack known to man. seriously. anything from Out of Africa to Top Gun. i had them all and loved every one.
my most recent soundtrack is Breaking Dawn's... oh c'mon. no laughing. it's actually really great, and since i'd already loved so many of the artists, i knew it was a must-have when Christina Perri was singing her new, A Thousand Years hit. so give it a try. it's wonderful. and i'm not just saying that because i'm a twi-fan.
i added the song for this piece, naming it so, because the colors reminded me of the wedding scene and the focal bead with the flowers floating about, instantly made me think of the cascading flowers as Bella walked down the isle. i just loved the entire thing, and so much of my work has to do with what i see, read or listen to, that it's impossible not to fall in love with this beautiful love song.
