i'm so excited to introduce the first necklace in my PMC line. this handmade 99% sterling pendant has been crafted using a manuscript seal. once it's been pressed and dried, it will be fired in a kiln roughly 1800 degrees and once it's cooled it will be tumbled and oxidized (and tumbled some more). the finish process is a high-polish oxidized sterling piece that is the thickness of two quarters (look at photo below for example).
alongside the lettered "coin" i've added a fresh water pearl. both come on thick jump rings hanging from an 18" sterling bead necklace with a sturdy lobster clasp that is extremely durable.
each lettered pendant will have imperfections to give it an aged look and each piece will be unique.
you can see from the photo above that it's slightly smaller than a quarter.
the back of each charm has my personal logo, and it will replace my heart tag at the clasp. it will make it easier to wear.
i love the weight of this pendant, it's very meaty. it will be a lovely heirloom to hand down...
